Everyone knows the financial problems I've been having over the last year-- the income barely meeting the expenditures. I've been cutting back
everywhere I can, but it has become quite evident the only way I can make a substantial difference is to bite the bullet and move the operation back into my

We've gotten most of the 'stuff' shifted over to my garage, meaning all the major tools are in place and most of the boxed items are sitting on
shelves (though a consolidation pass would be a good idea...). The pouring room is the next item to finish up. We're adding more shelving to the pouring
room, which will make better use of the space under the pouring tables than we had before. Tomorrow will...

I will have kits at Wonderfest. My plan is to take 5 each of the Pod kit, Botany Bay, D-7 and about 10 or so of the Astronaut figure. I may also have a couple
of Moonliner kits and Antenna Module kits. I may also have some other things, to show as samples.

Mike- I moved into my house back in 2002 and spent the first few years working out of my garage. I moved into the industrial space in summer of 2005.

dno01-- The commute time was only 7 minutes, so time and fuel don't really figure in!

One thing I didn't mention is that the pouring room is almost exactly the same size as what we're leaving. No hardship there!

Scott,

"It turns out that while having a bigger shop to work in, we just had a lot of room to walk around in!"

I read somewhere, "less is more and more is less". Just think about the fuel cost and commute time. That alone is a huge savings compared to the
$700/mo.

Good plan!
