			<description><![CDATA[ I didn&#39;t notice a flame war myself. Real and virtual modeling are both loads of fun and complement each other quite nicely. As with each, once you have a
few tools down and the basic concepts of how to proceed, you&#39;re rocking! Maya may look complex, but if all you&#39;re doing is modeling, there are like 3
tools and you can make anything. It just takes time.

But if you wanna have some fun straight out of the box as it were, look around for a copy of Mudbox. Even if you buy... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ Yeah, I&#39;ve been hearing about, and should see in the next week or so, a new generation of photolithography devices that can spit out devices with moving
parts. The demo I&#39;ve been hearing about creates a working adjustable wrench out of the box. Cool stuff.

The virtual modelers and physical modelers can coexist quite well. Using a 3D printer, or stereolithography machine, the coordination-challenged can mock up
their models to their heart&#39;s content, then send the digital volume file to one of these gizmo&#39;s and have it spit out a physical model. There are
limitations, of course:

			<description><![CDATA[ Hi Mograph, I havent crossed that bridge yet but I think I may model it by first cloning the sphere so that there are 2 identical ones and then using boolean
function to extract the window from the first sphere but keeping the object extraction for reference and then using same object to do an object intersection to
create the windown object itself from the second intact sphere which should fit perfectly within the hole created in the first sphere.
