It came to my attention a few days ago that I had left someone off the list of those who took advantage of the pre-order offer some time ago. One of the things I pride myself in is the ability to track down missing orders, which is one reason I have a copy of every email I have sent or received since 1996. Yep, that is a lot of email. Actually, there is a 3 month period missing from about September to November 2000 (or is it 2001?) where I wasn't aware my email settings had been changed, but I have everything else. Anyway--
If you are one of the people who bought their kit way back when and have NOT received an email from me in the last month or so-- please contact me so I can get things sorted out. This is something that could have also happened if you have had a change of email address and I did not get (or make note of...) the update, so please include a reference to any old email addresses we could have corresponded under.
