The mold for the EVA Pod is now being done. I have hired a mold maker in Los Angeles and he says the mold will be finished around May 4. I should have some photos of this process soon.

As both an admirer of Scott's work and an EVA Pod underwriter myself, it's very gratifying and encouraging for everyone to see this milestone. As someone who works with new product definition teams and new product introductions (which is in effect exactly an underwriter project), I know the reversals and challenges that can happen -- and we have large teams of engineers and production people. Scott's "team" is much more modest, and he has his own perseverance as 'rocket fuel'.
