I tried a couple of different ideas to do the windows on them. Initially I put white paint from a paint pen and then after that dried tried to use my pigma pen and template to draw a circle around the white "lit" window. That didn't work out well because I couldn't keep a straight line of windows.

I then went with the method I have now. Black circle decal and then a white circle decal on top of that. I have a hole punch that I bought years ago that makes circles that size.

As far as the impulse deck and the neck fitting to the main hull I used this method.

Put some plastic wrap on the area you want to protect.



Then mix up some Bondo. Yes, Bondo, it works well and is easy to manage.



Put the Bondo on the mating part and press firmly onto the adjoining part.



As it starts to harden, pull the part up and trim off the excess.



Fill in some gaps with spot putty and do a little wet sanding and you've got a nice fitting piece..



Once attached you will have minimal clean-up.



Cupcakes in photo are gone.

This procedure was also done for the neck.
