People may get frustrated or angry and I have to face the fact they have a right to. I always email them and try to assure them I'm doing my best, but I always tell them the cure for the problem is either time or asking for a refund, which I send out as quickly as possible-- usually immediately. I have to say, very few people have asked for a refund.

I have to say I have gained a perspective on how things can get out of control. How one decision can impact life years down the road. I'm a living laboratory in this respect! You guys are all waiting on individual orders, though some of you have ordered other things, like the CM kit or perhaps are one of the Underwriters. You might say each order is like a brick-- its there but you can't do much with it. From my perspective, I'm looking at the bricks, too. They make a wall I must take down before I can move on with other things in my life. I am motivated to do this as quickly as I can without short-changing anyone.
