I want to put the news out that I have finally after 8 years of effort finally finished a 1/72" scale model of the spaceship Discovery from 2001.
While I had originally intended this to be just for me, I was convinced years ago to make it as a kit for sale. All the masters for casting are done and ready for assembly.
A friend took some digital pics of the assembled kit and I hope to be posting them on Paulbo's EVA pod forum site for everyone to see and comment on.
As of yet I have nobody to do the molds and castings and I have no firm idea of what the final cost would be although some friends have qouted a possible $500+ price.
Once the pics are posted I will start spreading news of the kit around, displaying at shows, etc., in my effort to find a company to do the casting and other stuff.
