I know this isn't much (for now!), but it really will become something--
These are epoxy and fiberglass castings that have been cured in the molds so that absolutely no distortion has occurred. The edges need to be trimmed and these then get cut into the parts that will finally become the production masters. These castings are too thin as they are, so thickness will be added. None of this will take very long, so expect to see progress on this very soon.
This is a closer shot so you can see how the glass extends past the actual part and needs to be trimmed away.
